As Chief of Staff, David oversees overall business operations, including digital transformation, customer experience, compliance, human resources, marketing and the project management organizations. The breadth of disciplines allows him to manage evolution of the company, for scale and alignment.
David began his career at Slavic401k in 2010 working in various sales and operational roles throughout the organization. During his roles in customer service, operations, and later in sales as plan design consultant, he gained the invaluable experience on the fundamentals of sales, compliance, service, and operations in the retirement savings industry.
Since 2018, his focus has been on operations and service excellence, transforming Slavic401k by implementing new technology, process improvement, and automation, with the goal of creating a gold-standard experience for employees and clients.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in Geology from Florida Atlantic University, and his Master of Science in Geology from The University of Alabama.
