As Chief Customer Officer, Susan is responsible for guiding the strategic direction and vision of Slavic401kโ€™s customer experience. With extensive knowledge in client services and learning and performance, Susan brings 20+ years of delivering and creating processes that drive exceptional customer experiences within the financial services industry. Susanโ€™s expertise in contact center operations and relationship management, coupled with her commitment to โ€œalways placing the customer as the center of everything we do,โ€ are what create Slavic401kโ€™s true north within Customer and Client Success.

Prior to joining Slavic401k, Susan served as director and head of contact center quality assurance at MassMutual within MMUS Insurance Operations as well as roles within learning and performance at American Funds and Vanguard.

Susan graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
