In order to sign up for online access to your account, you must first enroll in your companyโs 401(k) plan. If you have not previously enrolled, please enroll here and follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.
Once enrolled, log in here and follow the prompts to set up your Slavic401k Universal ID. Once both processes are complete, you can access your 401(k) account through our website and mobile app.

How do I apply for a loan from my 401(k)?
